Our drivers might be going through several deliveries before they go the next pick up point. However, the main rule is that if the customer has ordered immediate delivery, the driver must arrive at the merchant location within a time that is sufficient with a our promise to the customer. If customer has ordered a scheduled delivery on the other hand, the driver will visit a merchant location closer to the time slot of the delivery.

If you have encountered an unlikely situation where our courier hasn't arrived within the required time slot, please contact our support line, so we will allocate another courier immediately.
